To all Cormiers and descendants

On August 19 and 20, 2009, Cormiers from all over the world will get together in Caraquet during the 2009 Acadian World Congress.

Since 2008, a group of volunteers has been working to organize a Cormier family reunion that you will be sure to enjoy.

In order to better prepare for the activities, it is important to know the number of people who will be participating in this gathering.

Please fill out the registration form as soon as possible. The only restriction is for the supper, where only 500 people will be able to attend. To attend the brunch, the supper and the social event, tickets must be purchased before July 1st, 2009. (For the social event only, tickets will also be available at the Carrefour.) You will receive your pre-paid tickets when you register on August 19. Please send a cheque along with your registration form to the address above.

You can also visit the CMA website (http://www.cma2009.ca/) to register. The site also gives information about the Congress, the families, and accommodations. You can also register through the Cormier family website (www.cormier2009.blogspot.com).

Spread the word to all the Cormiers you know and come celebrate with us.

We look forward to welcoming you in our beautiful region.

Aldoria Cormier

President
